(1) First consider the specific specifications of the goods and the way of placing them on plastic pallet.

(2) Consider the situation of pallet loading tools (such as containers, trucks, etc.). For example: if it is disposable use, priority should be given to the integration of the 2300mm width of the transport container. For the pallet of 1100*1100mm, two rows should be placed, and the 2-way fork or the 4-way fork can be used. And for the pallet of 1200*1100mm, the combination of 1200mm long and 1000mm wide should be used, and the 4-way feeding fork must be selected.

(3) If used in the warehouse shelves, the width and depth of the shelves should be considered. Usually, two trays are placed on each layer of the selected shelves, and about 200mm of storage activity space is set aside. Large size is given in the direction of depth, so that it does not have harsh requirements on the carrying capacity of plastic pallets, so as to save procurement costs.

(4) The size of the plastic pallet should also be considered universal. At present, the commonly used size in China is 1210 international standard type, 1208 standard type and T11 Japanese standard type.
